The 5th PPD Beach 2 Battleship (B2B) iron distance Triathlon will be in Wilmington on Saturday, October 20th. We are looking for a total of 50 operators for 3-5 hr. slots from 6 AM to 12 midnight since the race itself is 17 hours in length and 140.6 miles in distance spanning 4 counties – New Hanover, Pender, Bladen and Sampson.

The Coastal Land Trust in Wilmington will be having a fundraising ride on May 5, 2012. Ride Starts/Finishes in New Bern, and has a 30, 70, and 100 K loop. Find out more at the Ride Website.
Will need lots of SAGs for this one. Come on out for a coastal adventure!
This year’s ride without limits will be held on September 15th and 16th, and will start and finish from Camp Royall south of Pittsboro NC. More information will be posted as planning unfolds!
This year’s ADA Tour de Cure, June 2/3, starts from Cary’s Green Hope High School to Southern Pines and back.
The organizers anticipate around 7-800 riders this year (a 35% increase). Which means lodging in Southern Pines will be at a premium. Recommended that folks make their reservations as early as possible. See the volunteer page for more details!
